Anchor straps at a mid-to-high point. Hold handles with palms facing inward, lean back with arms extended forward, and align body in a straight plank.
Exhale as you raise arms overhead; inhale as you lower back to the start.
3-1-1
From arms extended in front of chest to fully overhead in a Y position without arching the back.
Not recommended; adjust foot position to self-regulate difficulty.
